Terrell Lightfoot Jr. is a disruptive edge piece with room to grow
Terrell Lightfoot Jr. entered the 2025 season at 6-foot-3, 203 pounds after appearing in three games in 2022, then not seeing snaps in 2023, and his profile suggests a developmental DE with some real edge-rushing juice. In the available Alabama State roster notes, he was a high-school sack producer with 70 tackles and 16 sacks at Carver (Ga.), which points to natural pass-rush instincts; by 2025, he is still being used as a rotational piece with modest on-field production, so the appeal is upside, length, and effort more than a finished stat line.
