Henry Eber brings size, edge-setting bite, and a high-motor pedigree to Georgetown
In the 2025 season, Georgetown freshman DE Henry Eber entered the Hoyas as a 6-foot-5, 255-pound edge defender with a reputation for being violent and disruptive at the point of attack. Georgetown’s staff highlighted his tenacity as a pass rusher and aggressiveness against the run, and his Salisbury School background shows a rare mix of multi-sport athleticism, durability, and leadership — he started four years, won Defensive Player of the Year, and earned multiple All-New England honors. The fit is pretty clear: if a team wants a long, physical front-seven piece who plays with edge and toughness, Eber checks the box.
