Evansville’s big-game shutdown pitcher
Gracie Hollingsworth has shown she can swing a game with command and poise, highlighted by complete-game shutouts of Indiana State and Southern Illinois in 2025, including an eight-strikeout, four-hit gem with no walks against Indiana State and a six-hit shutout with zero walks against SIU. Her profile fits a staff that values strike-throwing, inning-eating reliability, and the ability to keep opponents off balance in pressure spots. The available Evansville stats show she has been used as part of the pitching mix rather than a volume leader, so she reads as a specialist who can give you quality starts and momentum-shifting performances.
