Depth-RB with special-teams juice and a bruiser’s pedigree
In the 2025 season, Mason Walsh made seven appearances for UC Davis, mostly on special teams, with one tackle and one kick return, while his high school résumé shows real downhill pop: 1,166 rushing yards, 14 touchdowns, and 8.9 yards per carry as a senior. He looks like a tough, versatile back who can help on coverage units and add physicality in a run game, not just a pure stat-stuffer. For a team, the appeal is low-drama depth with upside if his role grows.
