Elite Scoring Forward with 1,550 Career Points and All-Conference Pedigree
Mark Nwakamma is a 6'6", 235-lb forward who defined Hartford Hawks basketball as a 2012-13 America East First Team pick and the 8th all-time scorer in program history with 1,550 career points. His differentiator isn't just volume scoring—he led the conference in scoring during the 2013-14 season and displayed elite physicality at 235 lbs, allowing him to dominate the paint while maintaining a 21-point explosion in key games like the 2012 Mount St. Mary's matchup. Beyond stats, Nwakamma's intensity is legendary; he's known for a 'no-excuses' mentality that elevates teammates, making him a perfect fit for teams needing a high-intensity, battle-tested leader who can score from anywhere and absorb contact. While he had a brief 5-point slump in a 2014 loss to White Hot Shooting, his overall consistency and 12.2 PPG average in his senior year prove he's a reliable, high-impact asset for any roster seeking a proven scorer with championship DNA.
