Xenna Tompkins brings two-way value and rotation depth for NCCU
Tompkins is a left-handed pitcher who also gives North Carolina Central some versatility at first base, and her value is as much about lineup flexibility as raw numbers. In the 2024 season, she logged 53.2 innings, earned 2 pitching wins, and appeared in 18 games with 12 starts, showing the kind of workload that can stabilize a staff[1][7]. She was still being used in relief in 2026, suggesting NCCU trusts her in pressure spots and values her as a depth piece who can absorb innings[2][5][6].
