Carson Jasa went from command questions to Nebraska ace
In the 2026 season, Nebraska right-hander Carson Jasa broke out as the Huskers’ ace, going 10-2 with a 3.59 ERA, 117 strikeouts in 87.2 innings, and two complete games while holding hitters to a .210 average. After Tommy John surgery cost him the 2024 season and early control issues in 2025, he made a big leap by sharpening his command and attacking with a high-spin, power fastball that helped earn him All-Big Ten and third-team All-America honors. He’s the kind of arm that changes a staff.
