RJ Latkowski gives Elon a late-inning leverage arm with save poise and strikeout bite
In the 2026 season, RJ Latkowski has already been used in pressure moments for Elon, including preserving wins with scoreless relief and earning his second save early in the year. He profiles as a right-handed reliever who can miss bats and handle tight spots, which matters for a team that needs clean innings at the back end. The biggest differentiator is his proven feel for high-leverage relief, plus a transfer track record that suggests he can adapt quickly and compete for important innings rather than just fill them.
