a big guard with proven scoring touch and fit-first value
Jaron Withers is a former Presbyterian guard whose profile reads like a coach’s buddy: 6-foot-4, 200-plus pounds, comfortable in a guard role, and repeatedly described by Presbyterian as choosing PC because it was a great fit for him and his goals. In his high-school season at Fayetteville Academy, he averaged 15.1 points per game in 2013-14 and ranked among North Carolina stat leaders, signaling a versatile perimeter scorer rather than a one-trick player. He looks like the kind of guard who brings size, maturity, and team-first buy-in—useful if you want a steady, fit-friendly piece rather than a flashy headline grabber.
