Brock Adamson brings mid-90s lefty heat and relief upside for CSUB
In the 2026 season, Brock Adamson emerged as a high-upside left-handed arm for Cal State Bakersfield, appearing in 13 games and striking out 15 batters in 15 innings while going 2-0.[2][4][6] He’s a 6-foot-2, 214-pound southpaw who reportedly touched 96 mph, which gives him real swing-and-miss juice and a profile that can play in leverage innings.[4][8] The fit is appealing if a team wants velocity, size, and a pitcher who can miss bats; the question is less about raw stuff and more about sharpening consistency and command as he climbs levels.[2][4]
