Grambling’s Shamarian Brantley: speedy outfield depth with room to pop
In the 2026 season, Shamarian Brantley is listed as a junior outfielder for Grambling State at 5-foot-10, 190 pounds, and the biggest thing to like is the athletic, adaptable profile that usually translates well in center or corner outfield work[1][2]. Public stat pages do not show a meaningful 2026 offensive sample yet, so the better read is from his roster status and fit: he looks like a useful energy player whose value will come from defense, speed, and hustle rather than headline-grabbing numbers[2][3]. If a team wants a gritty, versatile outfield piece with upside, he’s worth a closer look[1][2].
