Theo Akwuba brings elite rim protection and veteran grit to Ole Miss
In the 2022-23 season, Theo Akwuba played 31 games for Ole Miss, averaging 2.5 points, 2.4 rebounds, and 1.0 blocks in just 11.5 minutes per game, while leading the Rebels with 32 blocks. He’s a true paint specialist: 6-11 with a reported 7-6 wingspan, a proven shot-blocker with 214 career blocks, and a guy coaches praised for rim-running, strong hands, and work ethic. If you need defense, size, and a low-ego big who changes shots without needing touches, he’s your kind of fit.
