Colin Gallagher is climbing the Delaware linebacker ladder
In the 2025 season, Colin Gallagher earned a bigger defensive role for Delaware, appearing in all 13 games and posting 24 tackles, 2 TFLs, and a quarterback hurry in the bowl win over Louisiana; Delaware’s 2026 preview also identifies him as one of the unit leaders. He stands out for steady, detail-driven play, strong special-teams value, and a reputation for leading by example, which makes him a good fit for teams that want a tough, high-motor linebacker who helps stabilize a room even before the flashy stats arrive.
