Joshua Lopez brings extra-base pop and clutch run production to UMass Lowell
In the 2026 season, UMass Lowell outfielder Joshua Lopez played and started six games, hit safely three times with two doubles, and finished with four RBIs and three runs, including a two-RBI game against Miami (OH) on Feb. 21.[1][3] The profile that jumps out is a compact, productive corner-style bat at 5-foot-10, 190 pounds who can drive the ball for extra bases and cash in runners when chances are on the table.[1] He looks like a fit for a staff that wants a veteran, straightforward offensive piece who adds timely contact and gap power rather than flash.[1]
