Tanner Simpson brings gap power, positional value, and a pesky lefty bat to Lindenwood
In the 2026 season, Tanner Simpson showed a solid contact-and-gap profile for Lindenwood, hitting .214 with 18 hits, 2 doubles, 2 triples, 1 home run and 11 RBI while appearing in 25 games with 20 starts. He’s a 6-foot-3 left-handed hitter with outfield value who can move the ball around the park, create extra-base damage, and chip in on the bases. The best fit? A team that values physicality, bat-to-ball potential, and a grinder who can be disruptive even when the box score doesn’t scream superstar.
