Ava Kuszak is Nebraska’s clutch power bat with big-game juice
Ava Kuszak has been one of Nebraska softball’s most dangerous middle-infield threats, blending real power with a knack for swinging momentum in high-leverage moments. In 2025, she hit 20 home runs and, earlier in the season, went 9-for-14 with six homers in five games while earning Softball America Star of the Week honors; she also delivered a walk-off homer in the 2026 WCWS against Arkansas, underscoring her big-stage temperament. If you want a player who brings impact power, competitive edge, and proven postseason poise, she fits.
