Big-bodied Duke developmental tackle with upside, but still early in the climb
In the 2024 season, Jake Macce was a freshman offensive lineman at Duke who did not appear in game action, but his 6-foot-5, 290-pound frame and all-state high school resume suggest real developmental upside. Duke lists him as an active OL from Delbarton, where he earned all-conference, all-county, all-state, and all-area honors and helped his team reach multiple playoff runs. If a team wants a size-first blocker with a strong prep pedigree and time to grow, he fits; if it needs an immediate day-one starter, this is more of a future project.
