Katelyn Dunakin gives CSUN a long, right-handed arm with upside
In the 2026 season, Cal State Northridge pitcher Katelyn Dunakin has had an uneven statistical start, but her 5-foot-11, right-handed frame and pitching profile still make her a compelling development piece for the Matadors. A former highly regarded recruit out of Aliso Viejo, Dunakin brings size, poise, and two-way upside that can translate well with added consistency and command. If your team values projectable pitching talent over finished product, she’s the kind of arm worth monitoring.
