Oregon’s bruising power back headed to Washington
Ansu Sanoe is a physical, downhill RB with real pop: at Lakeridge in the 2024 season, he ran for 661 yards and 8 TDs on 110 carries, then added more big-play juice in 2025 with multiple monster games, including a 192-yard, 5-TD playoff eruption. He’s widely described as a power back with explosive speed and a reputation for team-first play, and Washington’s staff clearly values his frame and contact balance. At roughly 6-foot-2 and 210-240 pounds, he looks built to punish defenders, finish runs, and fit a run game that wants attitude.
