Zander Esty brings versatile OL depth and sneaky value at Oregon State
In the 2025 season, Zander Esty appeared in all 12 games for Oregon State and logged 174 snaps, mostly in a reserve/special-teams role, while showing the kind of versatility offensive-line coaches love: he can move around the interior and help stabilize depth. A 6-foot-4, 299-pound former three-star recruit, Esty was praised for being coachable and connected with Oregon State’s staff, but he was not yet a proven starter. That makes him a useful “why care?” guy: dependable, position-flexible, and built for value beyond the box score.
