Barnes brings size, efficiency, and upside to Loyola’s frontcourt
Everett Barnes is a 6-foot-9 forward who profiles as a low-usage, high-efficiency big for Loyola Maryland, and in the 2025-26 season he appeared in 25 games, averaging 1.5 points and 1.6 rebounds while shooting 48.5% from the field. His calling cards are size, physicality, and rim protection—he led his high school league in field-goal percentage and averaged 10 points, 7 rebounds, and 2 blocks per game before arriving at Loyola. If you want a developing frontcourt piece who can defend, finish, and grow into more, Barnes is the kind of bet that makes sense.
