Austin Lewis brings elite rim protection and old-school grit to McNeese
In the 2014-15 season, Austin Lewis was a defensive anchor for McNeese, leading the team with 64 blocks and ranking second in the conference with 2.2 blocks per game, including an 11-block game that broke a 41-year school record[14][9]. That kind of paint presence is his calling card: he alters shots, protects the rim, and brings the kind of hard-nosed, selfless energy coaches love. If your team needs a low-ego interior defender who changes possessions without needing touches, Lewis is a fit.
