Laylah Collins brings versatile INF/UTL depth to UMES
Laylah Collins is listed on Maryland-Eastern Shore’s 2026 softball roster as a freshman INF/UTL from Galloway, N.J., giving the Hawks flexible infield coverage and roster versatility[1][2]. Publicly available team stats show no recorded offensive production yet in 2026, so the appeal is more about developmental upside than current stat-line juice[3]. For a team needing a multi-position utility piece with room to grow, Collins fits the “keep her on the radar” category rather than the instant-impact headline act[1][3].
