Willoughby is a 6-1, 202-pound receiver whose clearest selling point is his size-and-speed upside and a strong prep résumé—he had 45 catches for 775 yards and 15 TDs on a 15-0, state-title team at Langston Hughes. At Toledo, though, his college role has been modest: just 2 career catches for 26 yards across 15 games, with most of his 2024 snaps coming on special teams.
