Elite Speed & Consistency Drive Transfer Portal Move
Tanner Recchio, a 21-year-old junior infielder for St. Thomas-Minnesota, stands out with elite speed (led Summit League with 30 stolen bases in 2025) and remarkable batting consistency (.305 career average, .309 in 2026). Beyond stats, his differentiators include intense game-day intensity, a playful yet competitive personality, and a clean injury history that underscores his durability. Having entered the transfer portal with two years of eligibility, he offers immediate impact for any team needing speed, defensive versatility at second base, and a high-OBP hitter (.404 in 2026). Why care? He’s a data-driven, intensity-packed athlete who elevates team tempo and fits perfectly as a catalyst for aggressive, run-producing baseball.
