Efficient, physical forward who does the dirty work
In the 2021-22 season, Malik Porter was a steady Idaho State forward who scored 8.0 points and grabbed 4.3 rebounds per game while shooting 52.4% from the field, with a season-high 20 points coming on a perfect 8-for-8 night in 2021. He looks like a fit for teams that value efficiency, toughness, and low-drama production over flashy volume—more glue guy than headline grabber. His game stands out for finishing around the rim and rebounding his area, though his limited outside impact suggests he thrives most as a complementary frontcourt piece rather than a featured scorer.
