Lizama’s two-way grind keeps CSUN’s frontcourt steady
In the 2024-25 season, Alondra Lizama gave CSUN real bench value as a 5-10 forward, appearing in 25 games and averaging 10.1 minutes, 3.2 points, and 2.2 rebounds while flashing upside with a 13-point, 13-rebound outburst and a career-high four blocks. She looks like the kind of role player coaches trust: active, physical, and willing to do the dirty work without needing the ball. The big question is fit—if a team wants a high-motor, defense-first forward who can grow into more, Lizama is absolutely worth a look.
