Rod Brown brings veteran, glue-guy value to Tarleton State
Rod Brown is a seasoned 6-foot-7 forward whose calling card is versatility, effort, and low-usage impact rather than big-box scoring; in the 2022-23 season at Tarleton State, he played in 23 games with eight starts, averaging 1.1 points, 1.9 rebounds, 11 assists, and 10 steals in 8.3 minutes per game, showing he can contribute across the board without needing touches. He fits best for a team that values defense, length, and experienced role players who make winning plays without the spotlight.
