Takari Hickle is turning into a disruptive, versatile edge presence for Oregon State
Takari Hickle’s 2025 season showed real growth: he played in all 12 games, made nine starts, and finished with 37 tackles, five tackles for loss, two sacks, and five quarterback hurries. His differentiators are easy to spot—explosive first-step quickness, added strength, and the versatility to line up as both an edge and outside linebacker. He also brings a gritty backstory as a three-year high school captain and multi-sport, multi-position athlete. If your defense wants a physical, ascending front-seven chess piece, he’s a very intriguing fit.
