In the 2025 season, Tennessee State DT Bryce Gray flashed real difference-maker traits as a true freshman, posting 25 tackles, 4.0 tackles for loss and 3.0 sacks in 10 games with one start. At 5'11" and roughly 285 pounds, he wins with leverage, quickness and effort, and he already showed splash-play ability with a sack in his debut. If you want an interior defender who can chase plays and create backfield disruption, Gray fits the mold; the upside is there, even if the frame is more compact than prototype.
