Sebastian Paz brings contact, on-base value, and veteran versatility to Gardner-Webb
In the 2024 season at Gardner-Webb, Sebastian Paz was a steady spark, appearing in 52 games with 51 starts, collecting 47 hits, 23 runs, 9 RBIs, 37 walks, and 8 stolen bases; he also flashed a four-hit game against Texas Tech on March 1. The big differentiator here is his ability to keep innings alive and move around the field as a right-handed utility senior, with a resume that includes a .380 average at Hood in 2024 and a .298 mark at Delaware State in 2025. That blend of contact, patience, and experience makes him a fit for teams needing baseball IQ and lineup flexibility.
