Yale’s 208-pound freshman/sophomore back with upside, but still early in the climb
In the 2025 season, Hugo Djeumeni Kemeni appeared in three games for Yale and logged 16 carries for 50 yards, with a season-high 32 yards on 10 carries against Stonehill; that’s modest production, but his 6-foot, 208-pound frame gives him real downhill potential and a body type that can absorb contact.[5][8] He looks like a developmental back rather than an instant stat-sheet crusher right now, but if your team wants a physical runner with room to grow, he’s a name worth tracking.[5][11]
