long, athletic wing with a high-floor role player profile
Jaylen McManus is a 6-7 forward for Charleston who has been valued for his length, athleticism, and perimeter touch; in his College of Charleston career he was described as a big, long wing and a very good shooter from the outside[5]. He entered college with strong high-school production and a top-in-state reputation, averaging 19.3 points and 8.8 rebounds while shooting 38% from three as a senior at North Mecklenburg[5]. The fit question is simple: if a team wants a versatile forward who can space the floor, rebound, and bring mature wing size, McManus has a track record that makes sense[3][5].
