South Dakota State’s workhorse left-hander with All-Summit League upside
Baker is a pitch-it-back-tomorrow kind of arm for South Dakota State: in the 2025 season, she logged 108 2/3 innings, struck out 95, posted a 3.93 ERA, and earned All-Summit League Second Team honors plus Summit League Championship All-Tournament Team recognition. Her calling card is competitiveness and volume—she worked complete games, finished strong in conference play with a 3.08 ERA, and was named Summit League Pitcher of the Week after back-to-back dominant outings. If your team wants a durable, battle-tested starter who can rise in big games, she fits the bill.
