Ethan Hamill gives Cornell veteran innings, strike-throwing, and rotation stability
In the 2026 season, senior right-hander Ethan Hamill has been a durable rotation piece for Cornell, and his 2024 workload showed why coaches keep trusting him: 58.1 innings, a team-high among Big Red pitchers, with a 5.71 ERA and 28 strikeouts across 12 appearances (nine starts). Cornell’s 2026 outlook also notes he returned from an injury-shortened 2025, which matters because his value is as much about reliability and competitive toughness as raw stuff. If your team wants a battle-tested starter who can soak up innings and keep the game moving, Hamill fits the bill.
