Experienced UMES guard with a scrappy, all-around edge
Montraz Oliver’s strongest case comes from his steady two-way floor game: in the 2018-19 season at Maryland Eastern Shore, he averaged 2.9 points, 1.6 rebounds, and 0.5 assists in 27 games, while showing his best value as a hustler who could chip in across the box score. UMES game notes also show he posted a career-high 14 points and 6 rebounds in a 2018 outing, hinting at a guard who can rise when given volume. If you want grit, energy, and a player willing to do the little things, Oliver fits the mold.
