Efficient inside presence and double-double threat for UVA Wise
In the 2025-26 season, Madison Looney has been one of UVA Wise’s most productive frontcourt players, ranking among the SAC leaders in scoring and rebounding and showing elite finishing efficiency at the rim. She was named CSC Academic All-District and has been described as a very efficient shooter, which pairs with her ability to score, rebound, and make plays for teammates from the post. At 6-foot-0, she looks like a strong fit for teams needing a physical, high-IQ F/C who can anchor the paint without needing touches to be effective.
