In the 2023-24 season at West Virginia, Lauren Fields started all 33 games and produced 302 points, 99 rebounds, and 77 steals, showing the kind of high-motor, two-way impact coaches love.[5] WVU’s staff described her as a wing who can shoot the three and put it on the floor, and her Arizona-to-WVU path gave the Mountaineers a veteran guard with Big 12 seasoning, toughness, and reliability in big games.[3][8]
