Anthony Scarabino brings contact, speed, and clutch pop to Albany’s outfield
Anthony Scarabino is a versatile Albany outfielder who pairs steady on-base skills with real extra-base and baserunning impact; in the 2025 season, he hit .260 with a .367 OBP, .717 OPS, 20 hits, 11 stolen bases, and 16 RBI across 29 games, and he’s shown he can deliver in key spots, including a two-run homer against Longwood and back-to-back postseason home runs in the 2025 America East Championship. The appeal here is a gritty, high-energy player with local pedigree, captain-type background, and a track record of production that should play well if you want a competitive, multi-dimensional outfielder.
