Billy Brown gives Temple a big, local-bodied swing tackle with upside
In the 2026 season, Temple OL Billy Brown is a 6-foot-4, 315-pound sophomore from Swarthmore, Pa., listed on the Owls’ roster and projected as an offensive tackle/line piece with developmental upside. He’s appealing because he brings size, local familiarity, and a tackle frame that can be molded in a run-first, physical system; recruiting coverage also noted he arrived as a first-team all-area level prospect from Strath Haven and Phillips Andover. He looks like the kind of lineman who can win a staff over with length, base strength, and attitude more than flashy stats—classic “trust the tape, love the toolbox” material.
