Lauren Melton brings everyday outfield reliability and steady contact bat to Siena
Lauren Melton’s 2026 Siena season shows a player trusted by the coaching staff to be in the lineup often: she appeared in 57 games and started 47, hitting .232 with 32 hits, which signals durability and a regular-role profile.[3] Her value is less about flash and more about consistency, versatility, and earning at-bats on a team that needed dependable defensive coverage in the outfield.[3] If you want a player who can handle volume, compete every day, and fit into a team-first role, Melton looks like a solid fit.
