Conor Booth brings bruising in-state pedigree and redshirt upside to Nebraska’s backfield
Booth entered Nebraska as a decorated in-state runner, piling up 2,956 rushing yards and 50 touchdowns in his 2024 prep season while playing through a torn knee tendon and ankle injury in the title game, a good sign for his toughness and edge. He redshirted in 2025, appearing in two games and logging three carries for six yards, so the fit question is less about flash and more about patience: he looks like a physical, downhill RB with real contact balance and a high motor, but he’s still waiting for a larger college workload.
