Chase Haglund brings pop and versatility to Marist’s outfield
In the 2026 season, Chase Haglund played in 17 games with one start for Marist and hit .200 with a .600 OPS, plus a 2-run homer that showed real pull-side pop[3][2]. He looks like a freshman bat with upside rather than a finished product: the early line says he’s been used in spot duty, but the power flash suggests he can change a game in one swing[2][3]. If your team values an athletic, left-brain-right-swing kind of outfielder who can grow into more, he’s worth a close look—just not a plug-and-play star yet[3][13].
