Javario Tinch is becoming a difference-maker for Wofford’s linebacking corps
In the 2025 season, Javario Tinch started four games and played in nine for Wofford, then flashed real playmaking juice with a 66-yard pick-six against Furman and a Southern Conference Defensive Player of the Week honor. The 6-foot-4 linebacker brings length, downhill burst, and a knack for disruptive moments, and Wofford’s 2026 preview says he returns as one of the Terriers’ key linebacker starters. He looks like a fit for teams that want rangy, assignment-sound defense with some sneaky splash-play upside.
