Ruben Prey brings size, international pedigree, and long-term upside to St. John’s
Prey is a 6-foot-11 sophomore forward from Lisbon who gives St. John’s a big, developing frontcourt piece with real pro-style size and international experience. His current production for Portugal in EuroBasket qualifying showed modest scoring and rebounding, but the bigger draw is his frame, mobility for a big, and projectable upside rather than polished, high-usage offense.
