Dejuan Taylor gives Eastern a grown-man forward with real board-and-bucket juice
In the 2025-26 season, Dejuan Taylor has already shown he can be a productive frontcourt piece for Eastern, posting 290 points and 127 rebounds across 24 games with 16 starts in his first Eagles season, and he’s also flashed the ability to swing games with scoring bursts like his 15-point outburst in the comeback win at Stevenson. His fit is obvious: at 6'9", he brings size, rebounding, and enough touch to punish defenses inside, while recent game notes also point to a competitive, physical presence on defense. He’s the kind of forward a team can plug in and trust to do the dirty work, which is always valuable.
