Haiden Manns brings size and developmental upside to Duquesne’s defensive front
Manns is a 6-foot-3, 280-pound defensive lineman from Bellefontaine, Ohio, who arrived at Duquesne after a decorated high-school career and did not see game action in the 2024 season, so his college value is still very much about projection and development. His appeal is the frame, the wrestling-style leverage you’d expect from a big, physical front-seven body, and the chance to turn that into a disruptive interior presence. If a team wants a long-term DL with upside rather than an instant-production plug-and-play piece, he’s a reasonable fit.
