Cody Demont adds live arm depth and strike-throwing upside to UTSA’s bullpen
In the 2026 season, Cody Demont is a redshirt junior right-hander for UTSA who has already shown he can miss bats and give the Roadrunners length, including two no-hit innings with one walk in an early appearance and a win on March 29, 2026. He comes in with JUCO experience at Cisco JC (47.1 innings, 36 strikeouts, 5.89 ERA in 2023-25), so the profile is a seasoned, battle-tested arm rather than a raw flyer. If you want a pitcher who can attack hitters and provide steady middle relief depth, he’s worth caring about.
