In the 2026 season, Gavin Palmore is a fresh-faced 6-foot-5, 230-pound tight end at Winston-Salem State with obvious matchup-nightmare traits and room to grow into a real weapon. WSSU’s signing announcement called him a “tall, athletic TE,” which lines up with the profile you want: length, catch radius, and enough size to stress linebackers and safeties at the same time. He’s still early in his college career, so the draw is upside and body type more than a proven stat sheet, but that’s exactly the kind of developmental piece a smart staff bets on.
