Sebastian Mexico brings middle-of-the-order pop, but his 2026 status is in flux
In the 2025 season, Mexico was a true impact bat for Louisiana Tech, leading the Bulldogs with a .315 average, 12 home runs, 57 RBI, a .602 slugging percentage and a .997 OPS, earning All-Conference USA and All-Louisiana honors. He’s a left-handed hitter with legitimate power, extra-base damage and the ability to carry an offense in stretches — the kind of outfielder who fits if you want run production and upside. The caution flag: his 2026 season was interrupted by an indefinite suspension, so fit depends on his status and return.
